In January 2018 our 3 new females arrived and at 20 months old they still have quite a bit of growing to do!
They will remain on the lowlands of our farm until they have put some weight on, have settled in to their new surroundings and have got to know and trust us. We like to give our farm animals as quiet a life as possible and try not to handle them if not required. Once these girls have settled in a bit we’ll give them all a thorough health-check before relocating them to a new terrain where they can get some good grass in their bellies and put on some more condition.
We don’t have names for them yet but no doubt their characters will start to flourish and this will make naming easier!
In the meantime, they’ll be know as Black, Chestnut and Red!
