Facilities

Dating back to the 1920’s and at the time a ladies-only course, this historic course challenges your game and ignites your vision, with stunning panoramic views of Edinburgh and beyond.

From Starting to Scratch, golfers of all abilities and ages can enjoy the Templar Course in less than an hour, yet still benefit from USGA greens and fairways that offer something for everyone.

Just a 20 minute drive from Edinburgh’s City Centre and it’s just you and Big Bertha, driving the world to rights. An easy Pay-and-Play system means that no matter what time of day or evening, our 400 yard driving range is ready for you.

SGGT – Tour Performance Fitting Studios, based at Swanston Golf.  Scotland’s leading golf club fitting company, where advanced technology, the latest brand name equipment and expert, personalised service converge to help raise the discerning golfer’s game to new performance levels.

Swanston Golf Academy provides golf coaching and practise facilities.  Membership includes full use of all the practise facilities, the 9 hole par 3 Templar Course and a 25% discount on range balls.

The golf courses are available for both members and non-members.
