This is series of three photographs side by side. The left hand photo is a colour photo of a coffee-making machine pouring coffee in to 2 white china cups. This was taken at Swanston Brasserie, Edinburgh. The middle photo is a colour photo taken of Swanston Brasserie in the winter sunshine. The silver metal sign reading 'Swanston Brasserie' is in the foreground just on the edge of the green grass border next to a paving stone path and behind that there are steps leading up to the first tee on the golf course. In the background is the Swanston Brasserie building with its stone-clad ground floor and white-clad top floor with a dark grey slate roof. There is blue sky above that in the background as well as lots of tall trees. The sun, which is out of the picture to the right, has created some sun rays coming in to the picture from the right, creating a very pleasing golden effect. The right hand photo is of a plate of battered haddock and chips with peas and a small round pot of homemade tartar sauce. The photo was taken at Swanston Brasserie and is in colour. The fish is enormous and covers most of the chips!
